The present-day man is responsible making daily decisions, he is is responsible for protecting himself and the loved ones. The world is presenting us with new challenges every day.
Waking up every morning, we cannot be sure that today there will be no drunk drivers on our way, that the metro driver slept well today, the pilot is not deeply depressed, and the doctor will not be mistaken with the diagnosis.
There are a lot of issues of concern and fear today in modern reality. Will we ever live a calm, measured life without stress? Will artificial intelligence help us?
Unnoticed by many people, AI is already making a revolution in the some economy sectors. AI can completely replace human labor in the next 5-10 years. The programs successfully played today the smart assistants role.

Modern algorithms save lives and this is not fiction, but our reality. Some time ago, in the Japanese hospital, artificial intelligence made an accurate diagnosis of a rare leukemia form, which led to the correct treatment. Due to the disease rarity, at first the patient was prescribed an ineffective treatment, her health was only getting worse. The computer algorithm analyzed the incoming data and correctly selected the correct disease type and form. A man from New Jersey (USA) was saved by a fitness tracker that he put on his arm. The patient was treated with atrial fibrillation. The information read from the tracker confirmed the non-chronic arrhythmia nature and made it possible to carry out cardiostimulation safely. The decision had to be taken within minutes.

About 1 million around the world commit suicide every year. According to the WHO (World Health Organization), a suicide attempt is made every forty seconds. The suicide problem among adolescents is particularly acute. The bark.us project allows us to address prevention in this area. The system analyzes adolescent communication via e-mail, instant messengers and social networks, and determines the condition of a teenager: is he prone to depression, suicide, or is he afraid. Receiving alarming signals, artificial intelligence immediately informs parents and suggests steps for a possible solution.
A lot of time has passed since the “Atlas Shrugged” was writtten by Ayn Rand. This novel has become the Bible for private business. Everyone who follows the difficult path of entrepreneurship faces new risks and challenges. Most of the time, businessmen have to spend on communication with customers, and routine work takes too much internal resources.
Stress and frustration ruin the initiative and great projects.
Success often depends on making the right decisions, which are becoming increasingly difficult.
Staff, whether they are office workers or workers in an assembly shop, are becoming more expensive. Savings on human capital reduces the quality output. The Japanese insurance company Fukoku Mutual Life replaced 30% of its employees with a neural network based on IBM Watson. Due to neural networks, the company received significant financial savings and increased operational efficiency by 25%. Obviously, in the coming years, the economy will receive a large number of smart, dedicated and efficient robot employees, whose intelligence will be based on artificial intelligence.
Today, 27 countries are in dire need of food aid (according to the FAO, The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations). There is a food crisis today in 34 countries. Irrational use of resources, military conflicts and economic crises lead to the starvation of tens millions people in the world. There is also the redistribution problem. For example, in American supermarkets dozens tons of food are thrown out per day, and people die in Somalia because of famine. An objective analysis of what is happening and the proper use of agricultural technologies under the artificial intelligence control will allow to survive 10-15% of the our planet population. Using the Microsoft Cortana Intelligent Suite application in India increased yields by 35–40%. The program monitors the soil condition and helps to determine the optimal planting time, recommends the best fertilizers set for different regions.
So far, robots do not cooked for us, do not take our children to school and do not repair our cars, but already today artificial intelligence saves human lives and makes our life a little easier and safer. What will happen next, remains to be seen. Let’s make our future safer and better with artificial intelligence.
